Building Permits Issuance
Our office undertakes the process for the issuance of any type of building permits, including:

In addition, our office undertakes any process that involves the issuing of operating licenses (for clinics, laboratories, cafeterias, restaurants, etc.).
In collaboration with specialised technical staff and contractors our office undertakes the construction of new buildings, interior design of private residences, shops and offices, landscaping etc.
The restoration and reuse of listed and traditional buildings requires special study and specialised renovation and construction techniques that respect the existing building. Our office has extensive experience in the field of restoration and undertakes the process of preservation, rehabilitation and reuse of old buildings.
Renovations and refurbishments
Our office undertakes the refurbishment of private residences, offices, shops etc.
In case you are interested in the arrangement of arbitrary structures, our office undertakes the whole procedure (building inspection, fine calculation, documents and drawings preparation, certificate issuance).
According to a newsletter issued by the Greek Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, no leasing and transfer of property is possible, if the property in question is not accompanied by an energy certificate. In cooperation with authorised energy inspectors, our office undertakes the inspection and issuance of the required certificates.
After the issuance of the 4014/2011 legislation, property leasing and property transferring is no longer possible unless the property in question is accompanied by a certificate of legality. Our office undertakes the whole procedure (building inspection, fine calculation, documents and drawings preparation, certificate issuance).
Environmental Design and Engineering
A building’s energy-efficient operation is nowadays one of the most important criteria when it comes to rent or purchase a property. Our office emphasises on the rational use of energy through:
- - the adoption of bioclimatic design principles and the integration of renewable energy,
- - the selection of energy-efficient technologies for heating, cooling, lighting and other functions of a building,
- - the use of specialised software for simulating each building’s energy performance and evaluating optimal economic and environmental solution
and thus undertakes the design and construction of buildings of low energy consumption, as well as the energy upgrading of existing buildings and facilities.
